Forgotten Password Retrieval

For maximum security, the DrillingInfo system stores your password in an unrecoverable, encrypted manner. This assures no one can ever view your password. If you have forgotten your password, the system will assign you a new temporary password and email it to you. Once you login, it will force you to change your password.

To reset your password and have it emailed to you, simply enter your username and the email address that DI has on record (this is a security check).

You can enter either your username or your email address.
